I’m A Positivity Ambassador For The California Milk Processor Board

I’m so excited to announce that I’ve been selected  as a Positivity Ambassador for The California Milk Processor’s Board!  As a positivity Ambassador I will be promoting the healthy aspects and benefits of drinking milk.  I love milk because it’s full of nutrients, keeps me healthy, helps me maintain healthy hair, nails and skin and gives me lots energy.   I also incorporate  milk into my families daily routine with simple and delicious recipes.   A day without milk in my household is truly incomplete.

To start off the day I enjoy milk with a bowl of oatmeal.  In the afternoons I enjoy a glass of milk with a sandwich or in my favorite delicious fruit smoothie.  I also like to supplement these meal options with cereal,  Cafe con Leche (Coffee with Milk), Hot Chocolate, Soups and my daily bedtime tea with warm milk.   My family enjoys cereal in the morning and other meals that I make with milk such as potato soup, clam chowder and tomato basil soup. Seriously, my list could go on and on.  I recommend at least three servings of milk with your daily meal routines. The health benefits we get from drinking milk can help us to feel good on the inside and lead more positive lives.

As part of the Positivity Ambassador program, I would like to introduce you to the mascot and guru of this campaign “El Maestro Del Vaso Medio Lleno” aka “The Master of the Glass Half Full”.

The Master of the Glass Half-Full, the Most Positive Man in the World, teaches us to see the glass half-full.  He comes from a family of milk producers.  In his childhood he enjoyed drinking milk and lived a positive and healthy life.  When he grew older he forgot about his favorite drink and led a more challenging life.  After his girlfriend and him broke up he began to see everything negatively and became a pessimist overnight.

He went on a self discovery journey traveling the world and met a wise old sage who helped him discover that milk was what provided him with positivity.   You see every day is an opportunity to turn something negative into something positive.  That’s what the Master or the Glass Half-Full teaches wherever he goes.   He has now returned to his home of California to share his knowledge of Positivity.  As an amazing example, he pours milk on a glass that remains half-full.

I look forward to sharing more information on how you can incorporate milk into your daily routine and sharing more positivity via our guru, The Master of the Glass Half Full.
